メシナビ 利用規約
本規約は、メシナビ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（適用）
- 本規約は、Hayate Kosugi（以下「当方」）が提供する本アプリおよび関連サービスの利用に関し、利用者と当方との間に適用されます。
- 本アプリは Apple Inc. の App Store を通じて配信されますが、Apple Inc. は本アプリの提供者ではなく、本規約の当事者でもありません。本アプリに関する責任は当方が負います。
第2条（アカウント）
- 本アプリの一部機能は、Google アカウント、Apple ID、またはメールアドレスによる登録を必要とします。
- 利用者は、登録情報を自己の責任で管理するものとします。
- 利用者はいつでもアプリ内の「アカウント削除」から登録を抹消できます。削除すると、クラウドに保存された利用者のデータは削除され、復元できません。
第3条（プロプラン／自動更新サブスクリプション）
本アプリは、追加機能を利用できる有料プラン「プロプラン」を提供します。

価格は表示時点のものであり、改定する場合があります。改定は既存の契約期間中には適用されず、次回更新分から適用されます。
第4条（クックアイ（AI解析）について）
- クックアイは、利用者が撮影した食材・料理の画像をもとに、AI が献立や調理方法を提案する機能です。
- 解析にあたり、撮影された画像は当方のサーバーを経由して Google LLC の生成 AI サービス（Gemini API）に送信されます。画像の取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- クックアイが提示する内容は参考情報であり、栄養指導・医学的助言ではありません。とりわけ食物アレルギー、持病、妊娠中・授乳中の食事制限に関わる判断には利用しないでください。実際に調理・摂取される際は、必ず利用者ご自身で原材料と安全性をご確認ください。
- AI の性質上、食材の認識や提案に誤りが含まれる場合があります。当方は解析結果の正確性を保証しません。
- クックアイの利用回数には、プランに応じた1日あたりの上限があります。プロプランでは回数を気にせずご利用いただけますが、自動化ツール等による不正な大量利用を防ぐため、1日あたりの上限を設けています。通常のご利用でこの上限に達することは想定していません。
第5条（広告）
- 無料でご利用の場合、本アプリ内に広告（Google AdMob）が表示されます。プロプランをご契約中は広告を表示しません。
- 一部の機能は、広告の視聴と引き換えに一時的に利用できます。
- 広告配信のためのデータの取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第6条（禁止事項）
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの解析機能を、自動化ツール等により通常の利用を超える頻度で呼び出す行為
- 利用回数の制限、課金、広告表示を回避・改変する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、その他ソースコードの解析を試みる行為
- 第三者の権利を侵害する画像・情報を送信する行為
- 当方のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を妨害する行為
第7条（利用者のコンテンツ）
- 利用者が本アプリに登録した写真・記録・レシピ等の権利は、利用者に帰属します。
- 当方は、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲に限り、これらを利用します。当方が広告・宣伝の目的で利用することはありません。
第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、また提供を中断・終了することがあります。ただし、有料プランの提供を終了する場合は、合理的な範囲で事前に告知します。
第9条（免責）
- 当方は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、および中断なく利用できることを保証しません。
- 当方の責めに帰すべき事由により利用者に損害が生じた場合、当方の賠償責任は、当該損害が発生した時点から遡って12か月間に利用者が当方に支払った利用料金の総額を上限とします。ただし、当方に故意または重過失がある場合はこの限りではありません。
第10条（本規約の変更）
当方は本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内のお知らせまたは本ページへの掲載により周知します。変更後に本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第11条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Meshinavi Terms of Service
This English text is a reference translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
These Terms set out the conditions for using Meshinavi (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply between the user and Hayate Kosugi (“we” or “us”) with respect to the use of the App and related services provided by us.
- The App is distributed through the App Store operated by Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not the provider of the App and is not a party to these Terms. We are responsible for the App.
Article 2 (Accounts)
- Some features of the App require registration with a Google account, an Apple Account, or an email address.
- Users are responsible for managing their own registration information.
- Users may delete their registration at any time from “Delete Account” in the App. Once deleted, the user’s data stored in the cloud is removed and cannot be restored.
Article 3 (Pro Plan / Auto-renewing subscription)
The App offers a paid plan, the “Pro Plan,” which unlocks additional features.

Prices are those shown at the time of display and may be revised. A revision does not apply during an existing subscription period; it applies from the next renewal onward.
Article 4 (About CookEye (AI analysis))
- CookEye is a feature in which AI suggests meals and cooking methods based on photos of ingredients and dishes taken by the user.
- For the analysis, the photo you take is sent through our server to Google LLC’s generative AI service (the Gemini API). Please see our Privacy Policy for how images are handled.
- What CookEye presents is reference information. It is not nutritional guidance or medical advice. In particular, please do not rely on it for decisions involving food allergies, chronic conditions, or dietary restrictions during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always confirm the ingredients and their safety yourself before cooking or eating.
- By the nature of AI, the recognition of ingredients and the suggestions may contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy of analysis results.
- CookEye has a daily usage limit that depends on your plan. The Pro Plan lets you use it without counting, but a daily cap applies in order to prevent abusive bulk use by automated tools. Ordinary use is not expected to reach this cap.
Article 5 (Advertising)
- When the App is used free of charge, advertisements (Google AdMob) are displayed within it. No advertisements are shown while a Pro Plan subscription is active.
- Some features can be used temporarily in exchange for watching an advertisement.
- Please see our Privacy Policy for how data for advertising is handled.
Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)
Users must not do any of the following:
- Act in violation of laws and regulations or of public order and morals
- Call the App’s analysis features at a frequency beyond ordinary use, such as by using automated tools
- Circumvent or alter usage limits, billing, or the display of advertisements
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App, or otherwise attempt to analyze its source code
- Send images or information that infringe the rights of third parties
- Interfere with the functioning of our servers or network
Article 7 (User content)
- Rights to the photos, records, recipes, and similar content that users register in the App belong to the user.
- We use them only to the extent necessary to provide the App’s features. We do not use them for advertising or promotional purposes.
Article 8 (Changes, suspension, and termination of the service)
We may change the contents of the App, and may suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice. However, if we terminate the paid plan, we will give notice in advance to a reasonable extent.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- We do not warrant that the App is suitable for any particular purpose of the user, or that it can be used without interruption.
- If a user suffers damage due to reasons attributable to us, our liability for compensation is limited to the total amount of usage fees paid to us by that user during the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage. This does not apply where we have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)
We may change these Terms. If we make a significant change, we will give notice through an in-app announcement or by posting on this page. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the district court having jurisdiction over our address shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
