メシナビ プライバシーポリシー
Hayate Kosugi（以下「当方」）は、メシナビ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報

食事記録に添付した写真、ホーム画面の背景画像は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらがクラウドに送信・保存されることはありません（クックアイの解析に使う場合を除く。「3.」参照）。
2. 情報の保存場所
取得した情報は、Google LLC が提供する Firebase（Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Functions / Cloud Messaging）に保存されます。データの保存リージョンは日本（東京）です。
3. クックアイ（AI解析）における画像の取り扱い
本アプリの中心的な機能であるため、特に詳しく説明します。
- 利用者が撮影した画像は、当方のサーバー（Cloud Functions）を経由して、Google LLC の生成 AI サービス（Gemini API）に送信されます。
- 当方は、送信された画像を保存しません。解析が終わった時点で画像はサーバーから破棄されます。
- サーバーに記録されるのは、解析結果として認識された品目名と分量のみです（「違う提案」を再度受け取るために必要なため）。この記録は24時間後に自動的に削除されます。
- Google における画像の取り扱いは、同社の Gemini API 追加利用規約に従います。当方は有料版の API を利用しており、送信されたデータが Google の生成 AI モデルの改善・学習に利用されることはありません。
- 他人の顔や、個人を特定できる情報が写り込んだ画像の送信はお控えください。
4. 広告について
- 本アプリは、無料でご利用の場合に Google AdMob による広告を表示します。プロプランをご契約中は広告を表示しません。
- 広告配信のため、Google および広告配信事業者が、端末の広告識別子（IDFA）やおおまかな位置情報等を取得する場合があります。
- iOS の「トラッキングの許可」を求めるダイアログで「Appにトラッキングしないように要求」を選択された場合、IDFA は取得されず、広告はパーソナライズされないものになります。この設定は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
- Google による広告データの取り扱いについては、 Google のパートナーサイトにおけるデータ使用をご確認ください。
5. 第三者への提供
当方は、次の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 利用者の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者に取り扱いを委託する場合

6. 保存期間と削除
- アカウントに紐づく情報は、アカウントが存在する間、保存されます。
- クックアイの解析セッション（品目名・分量）は 24 時間後に自動削除されます。
- 広告視聴の記録は 7 日後に自動削除されます。
- アプリ内の「マイページ」→「アカウント設定」→「アカウント削除」を実行すると、クラウドに保存された利用者のデータは削除されます。削除したデータは復元できません。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、当方が保有する自身の情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を求めることができます。ご希望の場合は末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応します。
8. お子様の利用について
本アプリは 13 歳未満の方を対象としていません。13 歳未満の方が本アプリを利用される場合は、保護者の方の同意と管理のもとでご利用ください。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内のお知らせまたは本ページへの掲載により周知します。

Hayate Kosugi (“we” or “us”) sets out below how user information is handled in Meshinavi (the “App”).
1. Information we collect

Photos attached to meal records and the Home screen background image are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to or stored in the cloud (except where used for CookEye analysis; see section 3).
2. Where information is stored
The information we collect is stored in Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore / Cloud Functions / Cloud Messaging), provided by Google LLC. The data storage region is Japan (Tokyo).
3. How images are handled in CookEye (AI analysis)
Because this is the central feature of the App, we explain it in particular detail.
- Photos taken by the user are sent through our server (Cloud Functions) to Google LLC’s generative AI service (the Gemini API).
- We do not store the images that are sent. Images are discarded from the server once the analysis is complete.
- What is recorded on the server is only the item name and quantity recognized as the analysis result (because they are needed to produce further suggestions with “Other ideas”). This record is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Google’s handling of images follows its Gemini API Additional Terms of Service. We use the paid tier of the API, and the data sent is not used to improve or train Google’s generative AI models.
- Please refrain from sending images in which other people’s faces, or information that could identify an individual, appear.
4. Advertising
- The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob when it is used free of charge. No advertisements are shown while a Pro Plan subscription is active.
- For the purpose of delivering advertisements, Google and advertising providers may collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), approximate location, and similar information.
- If you choose “Ask App Not to Track” in the iOS tracking permission dialog, the IDFA is not collected and advertisements will not be personalized. You can change this setting at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS.

5. Provision to third parties
We do not provide the information we collect to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Where the user has consented
- Where required by laws and regulations
- Where we entrust the handling of information to the following providers, to the extent necessary to provide the App

6. Retention period and deletion
- Information linked to an account is retained for as long as the account exists.
- CookEye analysis sessions (item name and quantity) are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Records of advertisements viewed are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Running “My Page” → “Account Settings” → “Delete Account” in the App deletes the user’s data stored in the cloud. Deleted data cannot be restored.
7. Your rights
Users may request the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their own information held by us. If you wish to make such a request, please contact us at the address at the foot of this page. After confirming your identity, we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Use by children
The App is not intended for people under the age of 13. If a person under 13 uses the App, they should do so with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy. If we make a significant change, we will give notice through an in-app announcement or by posting on this page.
